Jackie Toledo for County Commission (“the campaign”) collects the information you choose to give us through this website, such as your name, email address, phone number, address and ZIP code, so we can send campaign updates, organize volunteers, deliver yard signs and answer your questions.

Text messages

Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Your mobile number and opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.

How we use and share information

We use your information for campaign purposes only. We may share it with vendors who help us run the campaign (for example, email, texting and website providers), and as required by law. Text-message opt-in data and consent are excluded from this sharing and are never shared with third parties. Contributions are processed by our payment provider, and contributor information is reported as required by Florida law.
